Terms

Plain-language terms. If you submit data to recurring.fyi, you agree to these. Six points, none of them complicated.

1. Submit honest numbers. Don't submit fake or exaggerated data to skew your company's average. We reserve the right to remove submissions or accounts we have reason to believe are bad-faith.
2. Use your real work email. Personal/free-email domains are blocked. Disposable/throwaway addresses are blocked. If we detect that you used a workaround, your account may be removed.
3. The data is public. By submitting, you agree that the aggregated per-company numbers (and your alias-anonymized contribution to them) may appear on the public leaderboard, on company pages, on shareable receipt cards, and in embedded badges. We will never publish raw email addresses or personally-identifying info.
4. No warranty. recurring.fyi is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of crowdsourced data, or suitability for any business decision. The numbers are interesting; they are not a regulatory filing.
5. Abuse policy. Spam, scraping above ordinary rates, automated submission, attempted re-identification of other users, and anything resembling an attack are not permitted. We rate-limit, block, and (where appropriate) report.
6. You can leave at any time. One click on the delete-account button removes you and your submissions from the database completely. There is no retention period.
